DBMS_JOB running history

Is there an easy way to maintain/check history of DBMS_JOB?
We have a snapshot refresh job scheduled for every 5 mins. Sometime it
takes 2 mins to complete , sometime it takes 7 mins.



We like to get an average time to refresh (based on all the runs in a
single day).



Any comments?
