Another wild assumption of yours... gosh, what you won't do to score cheap debating points. I guess it beats actually dealing with the content of the post in an adult manner instead of like a "sensitive" IT professional with a fragile ego. BTW, I'm sure you'd be surprised to hear me tell you that I would be tickled pink if I could offload IT projects to Indian programmers and get back a decent result. Unfortunately, the time and resources required to prepare absolutely concise specifications (an absolute must for outsourcing projects or you're insane) up front is often not practical, considering that a typical IT project evolves and rarely resembles in the end what it was originally initiated as.
