what is it you're trying to accomplish here, and why speed is important? For one time table creation, 20mins might be sufficient, for data replication look into snapshots.

We use Oracle 8.1.7.4 and 9.2.0.5 on Solaris 2.7 boxes remove NSPAM to email Received on Thu Feb 17 2005 - 10:56:44 CST
