Deleting & inserting problem

Hi All

I have a scenario like this... Suppose

Table A Contains

colA

---

AA
BB

suppose i delete the record AA.. and inserting record CC its displaying like this

Table A Contains

colA

---

BB
CC

Actually i want like this

Table A Contains

colA

---

CC
BB

I want to insert the record in the deleted col.I know we can update it.. But the scenario is like this..
