l.S,

the only rule active in the sunscreen firewall is : ALLOW all traffic on all interfaces in all directions.

the problem with oracle is:

scstat:

             Resource Name Node Name State Status Message

   Resource: rac-udlm-res        bt0sdn              Offline   Online
   Resource: rac-udlm-res        bt0sds              Offline   Online

   Resource: rac-cvm-res         bt0sdn              Offline   Degraded

- reconfiguration in progress
Resource: rac-cvm-res bt0sds Offline Degraded

- reconfiguration in progress

scsetup on the other hand:

            Group Name           Type       State(s)
            ==========           ====       ========

         1) rac-framework-rg     scalable   Online

What has to be traced to find out what the problem with the reconfiguration is? I trussed dlmmon and could only verify that via the clusterinterconnect a message is sent to and received from the other side on port 6011.

Tnx in advance for any -> in the right direction. Received on Tue Dec 21 2004 - 05:56:06 CST
