Oracle 10g - Enterprise Manager starts slowly

Hello,

has somebody experience with the enterprise manager from oracle 10g?

Oracle 10.1.0.3.0 has been installed on CentOs 3.3.

I had no problems with the installation and the creation of the database.

The only problem is, that the Enterprise Manager starts slowly. When I execute 'emctl start dbconsole' it takes about 3 minutes to start.
The Enterprise Manager then runs without problems. I can configure the database over the web-based Database Control.

Has somebody an advice to speed it up?

In the log-files are some errors, but I could not find any solution.
