Just short addition.
10g does not use "official" apache as part of DB anymore. They use their own Oracle Web Server (again :-)), that is based on Apache, however. "It's built-in" means, when you install 10g from Disk1, it does set up Oracle standalone Containers for Java only and that is where DB Control is running. No web server is actually installed from Disk 1. If you want it, it is available from Disk2, together with HTMLDB
