I would like to say, that dbastudio in 10g is really "cut down" and it looks like it is on sunset stage already. Oracle (finally!) steped back from that huge Java-based monster and replaced it with web-app (still java-based server, but much more better)

So my advice - forget about oemapp and use DBControl (from Disk1)

And, obviously, if you do not like such surprises (may be you wrote some really cool notifocations and responce scripts for DBA Studio:-) - if you do not like it, stick to the best Oracle admin tool ever - Sql Plus! :-)
