Perhaps surprisingly, no matter what anyone tells you here, the answer is not in any way legally binding until you get it in writing from an Oracle rep. So you will need to talk with Oracle.

However, to help you guess - Oracle has a set of documents that skirt around the answer. The documents are SPecialty topics (specifcally Partitioning - which insanely refers to repartitionable CPU SMB boxes, not the Oracle option) are located at http://www.oracle.com/corporate/pricing/index.html
