how to run reports without SSO on application server 10g ?

Dear All,

I need help. Can you explain to me how to run report without SSO on application server 10g? I have already install infrastructure with bussiness intelligent and application server with form & report services only, on one server. Forms can run correctly with http://myinfra.mydomain.com:myport/forms90/f90servlet, but when i ran the report with http://myinfra.mydomain.com:myport/reports/rwservlet?report=myreport.rdf &userid=user/password_at_database&destype=cache&desformat=html,

It always go to SSO admin login page url. I dont install and use SSO.

Why?
