To be more precise the reported message is telling us that this guy encountered a very small memory leak in UGA. Nothing more, nothing less. It could be the mentioned bug, it could be something else. There is several of these and without Oracle support is almost impossible to discover the exact reason of this behaviour. So he have two possibilites either ignore it and live with it or contact Oracle support with all steps mentioned by Danniel.
