There is no such thing as 9.2.0.4 on RH AS3. Are you installing 9.2.0.1 and upgrading to 9.2.0.4?

BTW: It is a violation of a metalink license to provide you with a patch. If you can legally get it get it yourself. If not please do not ask others to jeapordize their jobs.
