Hi,

In my tunning , I had the set the goal for Library Cache contention to be < 1% of Library Cache Missed ratio,

To achive this there are Two things.

1- Increase Share Pool size. ( Easy for DBA to do)
2- Write Identidcal sql ( Which will decrease
Parsing ,
                                             Need Develpors
involments) .
Good Luck.
