I'm not sure exactly what you are trying to do. It may make the difference. But, here are some ideas.

How about loading the VMWare Workstation on your 2003 server, then create an NT4 VM and load the 7.3.x client stuff. Then you can run SQL*Plus and v7.x utilities in the VM, and your client is actually 'on' the W2003 server. While this seems stupid, it may have a few 'advantages' you need.

Another idea is to run cygwin on W2003, and run secure remote to an account on the 7.3.x server. However, I don't know if SCO Unix serves the OpenSSL and X11 stuff like LINUX so this might be hard to secure. And, I don't know if you are allowed to 'play' on the server.
