It's 'out of stock' because apparently there is no stock -- it's a down-loadable PDF, and the O'Reilly site evidently does not check that fact before displaying the 'out of stock' message. I went ahead and ordered it anyway, and the PDF was indeed available as soon as my order was processed (Jonathan, you might want to point out that oversight to you web developers).
