[Assuming you meant "changes"], I can't say that I've seen any of this change in the last 25 years. It was a bit easier to deal with when I just had two years experience and was thus cheap and desireable enough to not care, since I could job-hop quickly if need be. But even then, you'd still get a pile of resumes for a hot-skilled job, during any part of the business cycle. Seemed easier then to find a headhunter willing to do actual work, as compared to now when they use their retail experience to make you feel like canned goods.
