Hello, here's a link for downloading SuSE SLES9 for evaluation purposes:

http://www.suse.de/en/business/products/server/sles/eval.html

But you may want to wait, since SLES9 is not yet certified for Oracle and you may face problems trying to install Oracle on it. When it will be certified, you will surely find detailed instructions on the SuSE website including troubleshooting, workarounds, etc.
