Simple Question about Host Credetials

I know this is a really simple quesition but i have just setup Oracle 10 for the first time and need to import some data into a database from a dump file.

I have gone into the 10i Enterprise Manager and into import from file, it asks for Host Credentials, what are these as i have tried both Sys and the password and also the administrator username and password for the server and this does not work as it say invalid password.

The server is windows 2000.
