Neither is posting "It just doesn't work". Care to share more details? An operating system would be nice for starters. A bit of a description about your hardware? A brief history of how you got to this point in your life? Maybe even a mention of what error you're getting. You ask whether we have the same error, but don't actually specify the error!

Generally, you know... something is needed to allow us actually to help.

I can unpack my Ouija Board if you'd prefer to do it that way.
