Mhmm... I'm not sure to understand your questions... in fact it's not
possible to directly manage extents, i.e. only by setting segments' storage
parameters you can have a control on extents.

Anyway, I suggest you to read "How to Stop Defragmenting and Start Living".
(just search it on Google...)
