The current size of system is about right and it will expand when it needs to (depending if there is space available in correct location). Few people actually allocate a second (or more) datafile to the system tablespace -- it's possible but not usually a good or (easily maintainable) choice.

If it really makes you feel better you can resize system now to make it bigger that way you know ahead of time that it won't fail to extend when it needs to.
