Connection close by oracle server

I have an client connect to the oracle server 8.1.7. After 12 hours the 
oracle close the connection to the client.
The CONNECT_TIME and IDLE_TIME in the user profile is set to 'unlimited' 
but the connection is automaticly close after 12 hours.
Is the an other parameter setting for this problem ?
