OUI 10 & P9.2.0.5 install problem & workaround

Just in case somebody else runs into this:

System 1:

Homebuilt P5 500Mz w 758 Mem, XP pro SP1

System 2:

HP ZX5060 3Gz w 1G Mem, XP pro SP1

Both had 9.2.0.4 in ORA9_HOME and OUI 2 in OUI_HOME (different directories) setup.exe installed 10G installer in OUI_HOME, both systems. 10G Installer failed to install patch for RDBMS, both systems. Did install all else.

Some hair pulling.

Installed OUI 10 in ORA9_HOME and upgraded successfully, both systems Used OUI 10 to remove OUI_HOME, both systems.
