The whole network setup worked perfectly before the 10g install. eth0 and later ppp0 is still up'ed during the boot sequence (thus I can use ping and news://), but for everything else I need to reconfigure my firewall _everytime_ I start up.
I'm not a linux guru; I still believe it has something todo with oracle. Since I'm new to this DBMS I don't even know where to start and search for oracle's network configuration.
Any help?
