And we think that's a bug, do we? It certainly behaves as one!

Testing, testing, testing... I need a level playing field, which means setting certain parameters such as log_buffer, to name but one. And that's not a dynamic parameter unfortunately.
It's frustrating not knowing *why* it's happening, but merely being able to predict when it will happen! But it's no great drama I guess.
