The first & foremost thing you need to do is start learning from
either of these people Tom Kytes or Jonathan Lewis or Cary Millsap or
Connor Mcdonald


or Steve Adams.



I would also recommend you to learn from HJR or Richard Foote or Dan
Morgan (which i think you wont do at all :-) )
