I'd stay away from EMC based on an implementation that went terribly wrong here in Seattle over the last few weeks. If you are thinking EMC, rather than NetApp make sure your contract with EMC guarantees all money back plus a financial penalty if they can't get it working within a specified number of days.

Of course this is good advice with any vendor of hardware or software.
