Not sure what you call large - however we are sticking with TRU64 for the time being. We have just put in three of the latest servers and a HP SAN environment for them to provide a cluster for our 400 Gb SAP R3 database running on Oracle, soon to be version 9.2.0.4

So the decision to go HPUX or Linux is not a current one for us.
