I do feel that this last that is part of the problem, if employers thought that orgs like brainbench were better than vendors that would help. OTOH I do sometimes feel that a lot of the criticism of OCP etc comes from folk who have seen interview candidates but not done the tests themselves. Judging a program by those who short circuit it is likely to be an unfortunate standard.
