Hmmm I could see why one might do this. On the other hand if one just
inserts the CD on windows and accepts the defaults for any options that you
wish to include then the install is pretty idiot proof, I must admit I don't
like offering to put the binaries on the drive with the most free space
(that is where my datafiles are going thank you) but that is a minor
quibble.
