Hi,


        a few things to check..


1, The gd service is not set to start as localsystem (ie You changed
it on all nodes)



2, The ORA_DBA  group exists and contains the name of the user who
starts the gsd service



3, that connect /. as sysdba works on all nodes



4, consider installing components of patch 3099262 the startup &
shutdown of the gsd was changed in the version that ships in this
patch. (Of course try on a test cluster first).
