They don't exist. Both, 8.1.7.4 and 9.2.0.4 are fully supported at least through the end of this year: Perhaps longer.

There are currently rumors of a 9.2.0.5 patch so Oracle seems hardly ready to pull the plug even though 10g's release seems to be getting close.
