I am very new to Oracle.
I can no longer connect to databases from a client Enterprise Manager
Console running on
a windows pc after rebooting my Suse 9.0 server without getting a ORA-12541
error.
How does one start a Listener on the host server. I need the command line.
Is there some type of control center avail on the host w/o installing all
the client stuff?
Anyone know of any bare bones reference to commands avail on the server?
I am starting from scratch without manuals.
