Precisely. It's hard to make "libel" become a synonym to "injury"...

Once again, define where libel (unproven) = injury.

Last time I looked, pointing out that something in a technical book or product is incorrect is FAR from being considered libel. It would be interesting to see who could prove the opposite in court. AFAIK, no one yet has been able to.
