Need help in Replication problems in Oracle9i

Hello!


I have 2 Oracle Servers  for instance A and B.
And need  set up Replication between  them by this way:
 Oracle Server A for inserting data during some period of time,
and at the end of this time copy data to  Oracle Server B and delete data from A.
But when I trying replicate them and using A as Master Site:
I lose data in B which doesn't exist in  A.
Please help to find solution  for solving this problem.
