I meet this difference,i dont know why
( If i start instance before lsnrctl, everything is ok.
If i start lsnrctl before instance, when i startup the instance ,the listener
will listen on port 9090 )

I am not sure.IF so, how can i prevent it. I also want to know how to search the string "9090" quikly as Daniel said.(I'd suggest a search for anything under your ORACLE directory that contains the string '9090')

#lsof -P -n -i tcp:9090
