Your task is doomed to fail. Forms 3.3 was desupported way back in the
previous century, consequently there is no Forms 3 runtime engine for
Linux. You are at least 4 major Forms releases behind, and you won't
be capable to migrate to the most recent release in one shot, apart
from that Oracle dumped the client/server model in favor of the
Internet and Webservers.
You also can't use a V7 exp to export a V6 database.
Also please do not cross- and multipost
