Urgent: please help me in CLOB

please help me about Clobs in oracle. I have to collect character more  than 4k.So I decied to use CLOB but I know it a little bit.Please help me to sample it step by step such as

• How to create table with CLOBs Column by PL/SQL
• How to insert data into CLOBs column by PL/SQL
• How to update data in CLOBs Column by PL/SQL
• How to query data in CLOBs by PL/SQL

  My environments are Win2K, IIS4, Oracle 8.1.7
