Oracle replication did not exist in a viable state (for the infrastructure)
when this s/w was written. The imp/exp route was a stop gap that seemed to
remain.



By saying it's stupid, do you have any further strategy for diagnosing the
fault ? or does this mean you just don't know why it will not work in this
new version?
