We tested and then turned it down. However, I think that Spotlight
from Quest is a quite impressing product and really useful. If it is
worth the licence fee is quite individual and you must decide it by
yourself. Finally, we made a decision to use its competitor, but a
quality of the product was not the main reason.
In general, I have quite good experiences from dealing with Quest's
product and usually these products are top of the line (also regarding
price).
