I try to stay away from NAS if at all possible. But this is the one area
that I might consider using NAS for Oracle, storage of archived redo
logs. I'm not sure that I would make this LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST mandatory
though since this is going over a network. But I don't see why this
won't work.
