dbsnmp may not be properly registered with the master peer agent. From
your SNMP manager, try sending a request to walk the OID tree of the
master peer agent mib at .1.3.6.1.4.1.4.4.1.1.3 using the public
community. The output should include "Peer Agent" and "dbsnmp". If
"dbsnmp" is missing in the output, then it's not properly registered
with the master peer agent.
