Cannot answer your question specifically. But the problem will relate to java components as older Java software had a problem on the Pentium4 (relating to the Symantec JIT that is included in the Sun Java distros), AFAIK there are no other issues with Oracle & Pentium4.

You may be able to work around this by installing the latest patch software for OAS which may include the fix or another manual workaround for the Java / Pentium4 issue was to delete the JIT file (symcjit).
