Screenshots good. But I get so frustrated writing about Oracle and including screenshots in outlook emails which then take forever to save or send. Then I find out some email server settings remove the graphics and the recipients get broken link symbols... and think it's something they did.

One of the book clubs had that RH9 book as it's monthly selection. So I, for one, am glad you address the issue, and am sure there are plenty others that appreciate it, too. Now all I need is that new hardware :-)
