Not quite sure what level your looking for. Based on the way you state your question, I'd suggest:

http://otn.oracle.com >> Sample Code [button at top] >> Oracle By Example.

Second possibility - learn the Oracle Enterprise Manager GUI. You can point and click your way to oblivion, and you can hit the 'Show SQL' button to display the 'SQL script' for any DMA management action.
