Can't speak for any other university and its curriculum but I can tell
you without even a
moments hesitation they don't come close to what we cover at the
University of Washington
and some of the other university programs of which I am aware.
The simplest test ...
Remember ... anyone can teach syntax. And most everyone can learn
syntax. It is what
you do with it that counts.
