Of course not. SIGSEGV tells you have a pointer to a non-existing memory location. Usually this points to lack of memory.

I'm not sure why you insist on being 'smart' by installing Oracle on a platform for which it wasn't certified. You seem to be the adventurous type, who really likes hacking around. Be aware, if you run into trouble, because of your platform choice, you will be on your own.
