I think the real question was answered in the first follow up. So
configuration of MTS in a RAC solution with multiple instances can be
considered as implementing one and one of the instances separately.
I am not fully up to date regarding the web-solution that is beeing
implemented by a third party. However I know that they will use JDBC
thin client.
