For questions like this, you should consult oracle metalink and see the certification matrix. Do you have an oracle support contract do you ?

And Yes, oracle 9i does work with solaris 2.6, you need to get the 32 bits edition. Starting with solaris 2.7, you can use the oracel 64 bit edition.
