Jinitiator Problem - keeps trying to install

Hi I have a question about Jinitiator in an Oracle 11.5.x environment.



After Upgrading from Jinitiator 1.1.7 to 1.1.8, I get the following error:



Jinitiator keeps trying to install, on my windows client PC every time, even
when it's already installed. Almost as if it doesn't realize that I have it
installed already.



Can someone provide some direction where I can troubleshoot?
